Please read these terms carefully. By accessing our website or placing an order for manufacturing, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **New Delhi**, India.

2. Manufacturing & MOQs

MK Industries specializes in high-volume production. Our standard **Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 units** unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not meet technical safety standards or production capacity.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) & Drawings

All technical drawings, STEP files, and designs provided by the client remain the client's property. However, any proprietary manufacturing processes, tooling modifications, or "MK Industries" internal designs remain our exclusive intellectual property.

4. Payment Terms

Prices quoted are Ex-Factory unless specified otherwise. In accordance with standard Indian industrial practice, a percentage of the total order value is required as an advance for raw material procurement, with the balance due upon Dispatch/Inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability

MK Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our manufactured parts in high-risk applications unless specifically certified for such use in writing.
